Preparation

  • Washing the ingredients: rinse the celeriac and ginger well under cold running cold water, then rinse to remove excess water.
  • Squeezing sea buckthorn and optionally ginger: ideally, use a vegetable/fruit juicer with a milled spindle that works on low speed and doesn't heat up the juice.
  • Mixing with honey: Pour the honey over the sea buckthorn juice and stir well with a wooden spoon until smooth.
  • Storage: Transfer into glass containers, ideally sterilized and store in the refrigerator.
