Onion, honey and wine macerate gets rid of coughs, headaches, sore throat caused by sinusitis

Preparation

  • Wash and then peel the onions.
  • Chop the onion finely.
  • Put the chopped onion in a container, then pour in the wine and finally add the honey. Mix well until the honey dissolves.
  • Close the container tightly and leave to macerate for 10 days in a warm place, stirring periodically.
  • After 10 days, strain the preparation and keep only the liquid from which 3-4 tablespoons are drunk daily.
  • Keep refrigerated.

Administration

Drink 3-4 tablespoons a day.
