Preparation
- Boil the chives in 500 ml water for 20-25 minutes until soft.
- Mash the porridge until smooth.
- Add honey, coconut oil and lemon juice (if needed). Mix well.
- Allow to cool slightly until it reaches a temperature tolerable for the skin.
If the mixture is too runny to apply as a wrap, excess water may still drip off.
Administration
This remedy is intended for external use only, applying the porridge to the skin as a mask/pack.
