How to prepare saffron water?

How to prepare saffron tincture?

The tincture is simply prepared at home, putting in a glass recipient about 20 grams of dried and crushed saffron, over which pour ¼ l of 70 degree alcohol. Soak the saffron in alcohol for two weeks.
