Wash the potato, onion and apple. Peel the potato. Leave the apple and onion in their skins. Then cut them all into large chunks (in halves or quarters, depending on size).
Boil 1 liter of water.
When the water comes to the boil, add the potato, onion and apple and simmer until the water reduces by half.
Finally, cover with a lid and leave for another 10 minutes to settle.
Strain and consume the liquid, one tablespoon of the stew 3-5 times a day.
Administration
Take 1 tablespoon of stew 3-5 times a day, usually before meals.
