- - container
- - mini-mixer or mini-tel
Preparation
Almond oil and glycerin are incorporated into the milk
The egg white is separated from the yolk
The egg white is also added over the mixture of milk, almond oil and glycerin
Prepare a container for storing the mix and a bag for placing cotton pads
Put the mix in the container and soak the cotton pads
Place the soaked pads in the bag
The bag with pads is placed in the freezer for at least 30 minutes - one hour
Observations
When applying the pads it is good to have clean skin, not to have face creams, applied makeup ...
In the evening, if you want to apply a cream around the eyes, apply it after treatment with pads.
Milk (lactic acid) helps in tired eyes and ointments, as it reduces bags under the eyes and cleanses the skin.

Administration
The pads are applied, slightly defrosted, for 10-15 minutes on the eyelids or on the eye circles.
I take two frozen pads, leave them for a little while, about 3-5 minutes and then apply them on eye circles for 5-10 minutes, until they are no longer cold.
Can be used and only one pad, cut in half with a scissors.
The procedure can be repeated up to 3 times a day: in the morning, at noon and in the evening before bed.
The pads can also be placed on the whole closed eye, but it should not be too cold or too wet.
The procedure can be done daily for up to a week, then one week is reduced to one day yes and one day no, the next week to 2 days and finally, the last week to 3 days.
The treatment can be repeated every few months or it can be done occasionally.
For greater efficiency, different treatments of the same type can be alternated (also with pads frozen but the other liquid base: chamomile tea, peppermint tea, green tea, rose petal tea, the mix of these teas, in the evening goes milk, being also a good moisturizer).
