Preparation
Prepare the ingredients. Green tea is prepared by infusion for 3 minutes: in a cup add 2 tablespoons of green tea over which pour hot water, cover with a lid and leave to infuse for 3 minutes. Use it cooled.
Put all the ingredients in the blender and mix for about 30 seconds.
Soak the cleansing disks one by one in the formed mixture.
Prepare the bag and place the cotton pads one by one.
The bag with cotton pads is put in the freezer for at least 30 minutes.
Observations
When applying the cotton pads (disks), it is good to have the skin cleaned, not to have face creams, applied make-up ...
In the evening, if you want to apply a cream around the eyes, apply it after the treatment with floppy disks.
Green tea promotes circulation and helps eliminate excess water from the tissues.

Administration
The cottons pads (disks) are applied, slightly thawed, for 10-15 minutes on the eyelids or under the eyes.
Use two cotton pads (disks), leave to thaw a little, about 3-5 minutes and then apply on the eyelids or under eyes for 5-10 minutes, until they are no longer cold.
You can also use a single floppy disk cut in half with scissors.
The procedure can be repeated up to 3 times a day: in the morning, at noon and in the evening before bedtime.
You can put the diskette on the whole closed eye, but be careful not to be too cold or too soaked.
The procedure can be done daily for up to a week, then a week is reduced to one day yes and one day no, the next week to 2 days and finally the last week to 3 days.
The treatment can be repeated every few months or it can be done occasionally.
For increased efficiency, you can alternate different treatments of the same type (also with frozen diskettes but another liquid base: chamomile tea, mint tea, green tea, rose petal tea, the mix of these teas, in the evening the milk goes, being also a good moisturizer).
