Preparation

  • Wash the lemons well and squeeze out the juice.
  • Wash the garlic cloves well, peel them and put them through the mincer or you can crush them with a garlic press or anything else.
  • Add honey, lemon juice and crushed garlic to a glass container.
  • Mix well, seal tightly and leave to macerate for 10 days in a dark, cool place (cellar, pantry).
  • After maceration, you will notice that the consistency of the honey will be more liquid. We can remove the remaining larger pieces of garlic with a sieve or gauze.
  • The macerate should be kept cold, possibly in the fridge!

Administration

Take 2 tablespoons 1-3/day. Recommended not to put the spoon in your mouth and then back in the jar. Either use 2 tablespoons, or wash the spoon after taking the first time. It is also recommended not to use a metal spoon...

After administration do not drink or eat for at least 30 minutes.

As symptoms subside, you can decrease the number of servings per day from 3 to 1.

In children the doses are halved.
