Administration

→ In general, for maximum absorption of nutrition, it is recommended to consume one tablespoon (~ 25 g) 1 - 3 times a day, 30 minutes before meals.
→ In the morning, on an empty stomach, the best assimilation of nutrients takes place.
→ It is recommended to consume in the first part of the day, 4-6 hours before bedtime, because almonds together with honey form a strong energizing cocktail.

The maximum recommended daily dose of almonds for consumption is 35 grams, which provides the necessary RDA: Vitamin E (40%), Manganese (45%), Magnesium (24.6%), Tryptophan (21.8%), Copper ( 20%), Vitamin B2 (17.6%), Phosphorus (16.8%).
