Materials
- - 12 cleansing disks
- - blender / juicer
- - small bowl for juice collection
Preparation
- Rinse the spinach leaves well under cold running water.
- Put the spinach in a blender with 1-2 tablespoons of water (only if necessary). Process until you get a paste.
- Pour the juice into a clean container and soak several cleansing pads for a few seconds.
- Squeeze the excess from the spinach juice soaked disks and put them in the freezer for at least 3 minutes. They can also be completely frozen and used thawed.
Note: the dischettes can also be used unrefrigerated when the juice is fresh.
Administration
ℹ️ Apply the spinach juice-soaked disks under the eyes and on wrinkled areas by gently dabbing.
ℹ️ Massage gently in circular motions (from the outside inwards) for 5 minutes, then leave on for a further 15 minutes.
ℹ️ Finally rinse thoroughly with water.
