Preparation
- Peel and then cut half a banana into slices
- Add banana, blueberries and pomegranate seeds to a glass/shaker.
- Add the skimmed yoghurt, then the honey and stir vigorously in the glass with a spoon or shaker.
Administration
Drink two shakes a day, immediately after making them.
