Preparation

  • Peel and then cut half a banana into slices
  • Add banana, blueberries and pomegranate seeds to a glass/shaker.
  • Add the skimmed yoghurt, then the honey and stir vigorously in the glass with a spoon or shaker.

Observations

Pomegranate: contains organic acids, amino acids, water-soluble polyphenols and vitamins (including ascorbic acid), valuable substances with a pronounced anti-inflammatory effect.
