Preparation
- Boil the water.
Put the dry aronia and sea buckwheat in a cup.
Pour hot water into the mug and leave to infuse for 3 to 5 minutes with a lid on top.
After infusion, strain the tea and serve sweetened with honey.
Administration
It can be served daily between 3 and 5 cups of tea.
Observations
It is recommended to add honey when the tea has cooled down (~ 40 degrees C) in order not to destroy its properties.
