Preparation

Administration
1-2 cups a day of turmeric with lukewarm water half an hour before meals is recommended, depending on each person's tolerance and the purpose of consumption:
1 cup per day - for health maintenance, detoxification and mild anti-inflammatory effect.
2 cups a day - for a more intense effect in case of chronic inflammations, joint pains or to support immunity in critical periods.
