Antibiotic, antimicrobial and natural antifungal: strengthens immunity, prevents colds and flu, protects the heart and blood vessels
Garlic macerated in honey (garlic fermented honey) has incredible effects on the human body: strengthens immunity, prevents colds and flu, claims respiratory system, protects the heart and blood vessels. The main properties of this macerate are: antibiotic, anti-microbial, antibacterial and natural antifungal.
Peel the garlic. Only those garlic puppies that do not show signs of deterioration and that are not sprouted are chosen.
We will lightly crush each clove of garlic just enough to crack a little. I lightly pressed them with a large spoon.
Add the crushed garlic to the glass container.

Seal the container and leave it to macerate in the fridge for 2 weeks. In this case you will notice in 1-3 days (depending on room temperature), how the fermentation process takes place, basically the garlic rises to the surface.
Administration
One tablespoon of 1-2 puppies is administered in the morning, before breakfast, on an empty stomach.
Cures of 2-4 weeks are recommended with breaks, as well as 2-4 weeks!
This product is not recommended for babies!
In children, the amounts will be much smaller (half or less), depending on age.
Observations
By macerating / fermenting honey and garlic, we practically enhance / increase their benefits and properties of the two ingredients, both having strong antibiotic, anti-microbial and antibacterial properties.
→ Garlic macerate with honey is a welcome recipe especially in the cold season, when the cases of infections and flu multiply (it is a real natural antibacteria in bacterial infections with Streptococci, Staphylococci, ... ).
→ The maceration process of honey and garlic creates good bacteria (probiotics) and beneficial fungi.
→ From ancient times the garlic was considered the penicillin of the poor man and honey a strong antimicrobial.
→ It is recommended a natural honey, raw, uncrystallized, as liquid as possible to drain well among the garlic cloves and to be able to ferment / macerate.
→ Storage and validity:: • in the fridge: the preparation can be stored for up to 3-4 months; • at room temperature: it is recommended to consume in a short time, 3-7 days. Keep closed with a lid, in cool, ventilated places and away from light.
→ Allicin (from garlic) helps to clean blood vessels, lower cholesterol and thus better blood circulation. → Consuming this maceration in the morning, on an empty stomach, we will ensure a complete absorption of the main nutrients. → You should not worry about the unpleasant smell, because honey neutralizes it.
