Materials

  • - Mixing bowl;
  • - Wooden spoon or spatula;
  • - Small rimmed tray / ice cube tray / silicone molds;
  • - Baking paper;
  • - Freezer;
  • - Sharp knife for cutting.

Preparation

  • Mix the turmeric, ginger and black pepper in a bowl.
  • Add honey and melted coconut oil. Mix well until you have a smooth, creamy, fluid but thick paste.
  • Line the pan (ideal example 10×10 cm) with baking paper. Pour the mixture into the pan and spread it evenly with a spatula in a layer about 1 cm thick. You can also use ice cube trays or silicone molds.
  • Place the tray in the freezer for at least 2 hours until completely firm.
  • After freezing, remove the tray and cut the frozen pastry into small pieces (e.g. 1×1 cm).
  • Transfer the cubes to an airtight bag or box and store in the freezer.

Administration
