Estimated cost: 0.8 €
Materials
Small mixing bowl
Cosmetic brush or spoon
Small dish or container for soaking compresses
12 cleansing pads or sterile gauze
Preparation
π₯ Separate the egg whites from the yolk and put the whites in a bowl.
π₯ Add the milk and beat gently to homogenize.
π― Stir in honey, almond oil and glycerin until smooth.
πΊ Dip the cleansing disks into the mixture and leave for a few seconds to soak.
Drain the excess liquid from the floppy disks and carefully place them in a bag without soiling it. Put them in the freezer, where you can keep them for up to 3 months. Use slightly thawed for maximum effect.
Administration
πΉ Remove two frozen disks each, leave for a little while to soften, about 3-5 minutes and then apply to dark circles for 5-10 minutes until no longer cold. You can also use a single disk cut in half with scissors. πΉ The procedure can be repeated up to 3 times a day: in the morning, at noon and in the evening before bed. πΉ You can also put the disk over the whole closed eye, but be careful not to make it too cold or too soaked. πΉThe procedure can be done daily for up to a week, then one week is reduced to 1 day yes and 1 day no, the next week to 2 days and finally the last week to 3 days. πΉThe treatment can be repeated every few months or done occasionally. πΉ When applying the disks it's good to have a clean complexion, no face creams, makeup applied... πΉ In the evening if you want to apply a cream around the eyes, apply it after the disk treatment.
β οΈ For increased effectiveness, you can alternate different treatments of the same type (still with frozen dishetes but another liquid base: chamomile tea, mint tea, green tea, rose petal tea, the mix of these teas, in the evening goes the milk, being also a good moisturizer).
