Preparation

  • Macerate of Aloe Vera with Honey - Preparation step 1Prepare the ingredients. The aloe vera leaf must have a maturity of at least 3 years. It is washed well with cold water and the dry or blackened parts are removed. Untreated, raw honey is preferred.
  • Macerate of Aloe Vera with Honey - Preparation step 2Extract the pulp from the aloe vera leaf.
    - Cut the thorny sides of the leaf with a knife.
    - Cut the aloe leaf into ~ 2 cm slices.
    - We put the aloe slices in a bowl with water for 30 minutes, to remove yellowish sap (latex), because some people , more sensitive, may have certain allergies, abdominal discomfort from this sap.
    - Remove the peel from the aloe vera slices with a knife (preferably ceramic) and thus obtain the pulp.
  • Macerate of Aloe Vera with Honey - Preparation step 3The aloe vera pulp obtained will be cut into small cubes, ~ 0.5 cm, which we put in a jar!
  • Macerate of Aloe Vera with Honey - Preparation step 4Add honey to the jar over the aloe vera cubes and mix well, preferably with a non-metallic spoon (wood / ceramic). We will notice how the honey thins very quickly.
  • Macerate of Aloe Vera with Honey - Preparation step 5Close the airtight jar and leave to macerate for ~ 7 days, in a cool place away from light, or in the refrigerator!
    After maceration, it must be kept in the refrigerator.

Administration

⚠ During the treatment, it is recommended to avoid the consumption of dairy products, meat and eggs as much as possible, and a large amount of fluids (up to 2.5 liters per day) will be consumed to help the body detoxify.

→ One tablespoon of the preparation is administered, 3 times a day, on an empty stomach, for 14 days, after which there is a break of 14 days and can be resumed, if necessary.
