  • Grinding - Once completely dry, the fruit is ground in a coffee grinder or powerful blender to a fine powder.
  • Sieving - The powder is passed through a fine sieve to remove any larger particles.
  • Storage - Store in a glass jar in a dry, cool, dark place.
