We can use fresh mint leaves or dried mint for teas. You can also use peppermint essential oil for internal use instead of mint leaves (~ 5 drops). Stir the composition vigorously.
The mixture is placed in a bottle, which will be sealed, and left to macerate for 48 hours in a cool, dark place (cellar, refrigerator).
After 48 hours of maceration, the mixture is strained. Basically throw away the leaves from the green tea, possibly the mint leaves.
Store in airtight glass containers in a refrigerator.
So I finished the main product " ginger concentrate with honey, lemon, green tea, turmeric, cinnamon and mint ".
Observations
When preparing this concentrated juice we get practically 2 products:
Concentrated ginger juice with honey, lemon, green tea, turmeric, cinnamon and mint
Ginger pulp macerate with honey
‼ Dried mint leaves (mint tea) can be replaced with peppermint essential oil (for internal use).
‼ After maceration we will notice how the green tea leaves (possibly mint) have increased in volume. I used a skewer stick to make it easier to strain the mixture.
Storage and Validity: Store in tightly closed glass containers in the refrigerator! → Concentrated juice: ~ 6 months → Maceration of the pulp: ~ 3 months
Administration
Ginger juice with honey, lemon, green tea, turmeric and cinnamon: a tablespoon in various drinks 3-4 times a day, the best option being to drink lukewarm water on an empty stomach (before of tables). For athletes as a tonic (isotonic drink) during training: put 2 tablespoons of concentrate in a liter of water and consume during training. It is ideal for marathon runners.
Ginger pulp macerate with honey : (~ 12-48 hours of maceration) forms a product as valuable as the first. Use a teaspoon in various hot or cold drinks, such as teas, coffee, fresh, ..., can also be used for cooking.
