→ wash the aronia (with bunches) in 2-3 waters: we can use the sink, let the water flow enough to cover them, leave them in the water for a few minutes, then let them drain and repeat the operation 2-3 times; → after washing, leave the aronia bouquets to dry on flat surfaces on kitchen towels so that the water from washing evaporates. → after the fruits have dried, we separate the aronia berries from the bunches and put them in a container; → we wash the ginger well, optionally we can clean the peel and then cut it into slices; → we prepare the pollen, it is kept in the freezer; → wash the lemon, remove the peel and possibly cut it into slices;
The aronia fruits, ginger and lemon will be put through the juicer at the same time.
Add the raw pollen to the obtained juice and mix well until homogenized.
We pour the obtained juice into ice cubes bags, which we will freeze in the freezer. In about 2-3 hours they will be frozen.
The aronia, ginger and lemon pulp, obtained after squeezing, can be dried and used to make teas, especially in the cold season. The pulp can also be dried and then ground, and the obtained powder can be consumed as such or in various drinks, 1 teaspoon each 3 times a day.
