Smoothie with energizing effect, antioxidant, detox with spinach, nettles, green tea, lemon, chlorella, spirulina and honey.

Materials
- blender (tipy nutribullet)
Preparation
Wash nettles and spinach well and squeeze out water.
Prepare an infusion of green tea: 1 tablespoon of green tea at 200ml water is left to infuse for 3 minutes. It will be used cold.
Add all ingredients to the blender (the tea must be cooled).
Mix all the ingredients for about 30 seconds and the smoothie is ready.
Administration
Drink 1-2 glasses (~ 200-250ml), preferably on an empty stomach, before meals with at least 30 minutes. Morning on an empty stomach has maximum effects.
