Observations

Since ancient times, garlic has been considered the penicillin of the poor man, and the combination with honey and lemon only potentiates its antibiotic / anti-microbial / anti-bacterial effect.

→ It is recommended a natural honey, raw, uncrystallized, as liquid as possible to drain well among the garlic cloves and to be able to ferment / macerate.

→ The key compound in garlic is allicin, and it is released immediately after crushing or chewing the garlic, which is why it is recommended to eat raw garlic, fresh and immediately after it has been cleaned.

Allicin from garlic helps to clean blood vessels, reduce the level of bad LDL cholesterol and triglycerides, and thus better blood circulation.

Honey has antibacterial, antibiotic, antiseptic, antifungal and preservative properties.

Lemon is rich in minerals such as potassium, calcium, phosphorus and magnesium, and although acidic, it is a food that becomes alkaline in the body.
